PHILIPPINE IMPLEMENTATION OF AHTN 2022
The Tariff Commission (TC) started implementing the 2022 version of the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN 2022) on 01 July 2022 following the approval by the National Economic and Development Authority Board of its adoption on 27 May 2022.
Please be advised that beginning 01 July 2022, all Advance Rulings on Tariff Classification issued pursuant to Section 1100 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (Republic Act No. 10863) under the 2017 version of the AHTN (AHTN 2017) are no longer valid.
The AHTN 2022 Philippine tariff schedules are carried on the Philippine Tariff Finder. Also uploaded on this website are the AHTN 2022 Tariff Book (online version) and the AHTN 2017-AHTN 2022 Correlation Table for reference and guidance.

For everyone's safety amidst the declared State of Calamity throughout the Philippines under Presidential Proclamation No. 1218, s. 2021, the Tariff Commission’s (TC) regular office operations are fully ONLINE from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (GMT +8).
